I was extremely satisfied by my recent service experience. I brought the car in just for an oil change. Tim Trompeter assisted me. After inspecting the car, they found oil leaking from the crank case and a recall repair that had not been done yet. I got a loaner car while they fixed everything (which was covered under warranty) and picked my car up the next day. What really impressed me was an extra service Tim did for me. When I dropped my car off, I asked him about a scratch on the drivers door I got when some parking-impaired person swiped my parked car a while back. I wanted to know if he thought it could be buffed out or if it was more serious. He felt most of it could be buffed out and offered to do it for me. That was really great. In addition, he told me that he noticed my starter is beginning to go and that I should have it changed soon. This type of going beyond the call of duty was very impressive to me. 10 out of 10 points!
